We need to learn to manage stress and deal with it and the situations linked to it. If we don’t it may progress into something called chronic stress, which further wears us out and propels us into a downward spiral which is harder to get out of.

Stress need not be a permanent state. I can work with you to identify what is causing you stress and develop a bespoke plan of action, supporting you through the next few weeks to help you gain back control of your life. I use a combination of relaxation, hypnotherapy, behavioural and conversational techniques along with practical advice that helps you deal with your stress.
